This Free Company exists with only one goal in mind: to provide a fun and eventful home for the casual FFXIV player!

Stay with us and we shall provide you with events, prizes and company on your time-limited adventures throughout Eorzea. Whether you want to focus on finishing the story, running Dungeons, Trials, Raids, PvP or just looking to chat while you consider your life choices, we will aim to provide you with the right atmosphere for your pursuits!

We hope to be a place where you can be yourself and enjoy the game without added expectations.

Company Rules

There are some simple rules which we ask you to follow (nothing world shattering):

1. Don’t harass or insult other members. Try to keep the communication clean and relaxed.

2. One thing that is appreciated, is that you join our Discord (link will be provided in-game) - you can interact with it (or not) as much as you like, but it is the base for all FC related news. If you do not use it we can work something out of course.

3. Read and follow the additional Discord rules (once again nothing special)

4. In case of absence, please inform an Officer or one of the Talons so we don't unjustly remove you from the FC.
Without prior notice (from the player) and indeed without warnings (on our side), we will remove any member that has been
offline for a period of 30 DAYS.

5. In case you have ideas and suggestions on improving the FC, they are all welcome! Just send them to one of the TALONS in a PRIVATE DM or an in-game TELL (Whisper). So that it goes through the proper channels.

6. We do not accept ALTernate characters so please join with your mains. Alternates will be removed.

7. In case you have an issue with another member of the FC please communicate it to one of the Talons (or Officers) and we will work it out. It is in our best interest to have everyone get along.

Other than that feel free to joke, laugh and enjoy yourself! If possible, participate in Company events; we will do our best to make them appealing. We like social people, there's no need to be most talkative person in the world...
but some input here and there is appreciated!

After appropriate conduct, Recruits become full fledged Members (Joining our Discord speeds up the proccess).

By showing interest in helping Gryphon's Roost grow and pursue its vision, Members can be promoted to Officers. Officers are expected to help with recruitment and can even lead their own events! They also provide valuable input and help shape the FC's future.
